Meet Robin Herod Jr.

I founded Herod CPA in 2020 after more than 20 years in finance and accounting for SaaS and tech companies.
I’ve worked with both private and public firms, including venture- and PE-backed startups.
I started this firm to bring a more responsive, informed approach to finance—and to help startups build the financial structure they need to grow with confidence.
