Are We the Right Fit For You?
How does your subscription model work?
Our subscription plans provide ongoing services for a predictable fee with a minimum commitment. You get continuous proactive support throughout the year instead of scrambling during peak timing when it becomes necessary and costly.
How do you price your services?
We price our packages on a fixed-fee basis. Each package is based on the stage of your business cycle, along with other certain key metrics like funding, financial metrics, and complexity of your business.
Can I customize a package?
We offer customization for Series B & C packages. For other packages, you can include add-on services as part of the base packages.
What happens if I exceed the transaction limits in my plan?
We’ll notify you before you exceed limits and offer to upgrade your plan or handle the excess at our standard per-transaction rate. No surprise fees – just transparent options.
What is your minimum commitment period?
Each package requires a different commitment period; however, we generally require a minimum commitment of six months to one year.
The minimum commitment allows us to provide comprehensive services, invest properly in understanding your business, set up efficient systems, and ensure continuity for your financial records throughout the full business cycle. It also enables us to offer significantly lower rates than traditional billable-per-hour billing.
What if my business needs change during the commitment period?
You can upgrade your plan at any time – the new rate takes effect immediately and extends your commitment by 12 months from the upgrade date. Downgrades are processed any time after you meet the minimum commitment duration.
If you need to cancel prior to the minimum commitment, the remaining months of your commitment become due.

Absolutely. We offer free initial consultations where we’ll assess your needs and provide a detailed estimate before you decide to move forward.
