Audit and Assurance Services
Fixed Annual Fees Starting at $10,000
- ERISA 103(a)(3)(c) Plan Audits
- Base audit fees:
- Up to 500 plan participants: $10,000
- Up to 1,000 plan participants: $12,000
- Up to 1,500 plan participants: $14,000
- In excess of 1,500 plan participants: call for quote
- Base audit fees:
- Supplemental fees will be added to the base fee above for the following special circumstances:
- First Year Plan Audits: $2,000
- Non-ERISA 103(a)(3)(c) Plan Audits: $1,500
- Changes in custodian, trustee or payroll provider during the plan year: $2,000
- Operational defects in the plan that requires correction: call for quote

Fixed Annual Fees of $6,500
- Plan design and implementation consulting
- ERISA compliance review
- Assistance with custodial and service provider matters
- Managing contribution and distribution matters
- Third-party administrator (TPA) liaison
- Review plan custodial certifications
