Audit and Assurance Services

Fixed Annual Fees Starting at $10,000
  • ERISA 103(a)(3)(c) Plan Audits
    • Base audit fees:
      • Up to 500 plan participants: $10,000
      • Up to 1,000 plan participants: $12,000
      • Up to 1,500 plan participants: $14,000
      • In excess of 1,500 plan participants: call for quote
  • Supplemental fees will be added to the base fee above for the following special circumstances:
    • First Year Plan Audits: $2,000
    • Non-ERISA 103(a)(3)(c) Plan Audits: $1,500
    • Changes in custodian, trustee or payroll provider during the plan year: $2,000
    • Operational defects in the plan that requires correction: call for quote

  • Assistance with custodial and service provider matters
